Privacy notice
Founding pilot information · updated 17 October 2026. Operated by Valico Services Ltd trading as StreetBatch. Live applications will open only after the remaining privacy and testing checks.
Who operates StreetBatch?
Valico Services Ltd trading as StreetBatch (company number 14313622, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for founding-contractor applications. Business correspondence: 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Email hello@streetbatch.com for privacy enquiries.
What information will be collected?
When we enable the founding programme, applicants may give their name, business name, work email, optional phone number, optional website, service category, approximate monthly bookings, and booking platform. We will record the submission date, application status, the notice version shown, and any separately selected product-update consent together with its timestamp.
Why and how we use it
We intend to use these details to respond to requests about the founding pilot, assess business fit and manage conversations. Depending on the circumstances this may rely on steps requested before a contract or legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. Separately requested promotional emails require the applicant's voluntary, affirmative consent; this is not required to apply.
Who receives the information?
We use Vercel for website hosting and a dedicated Supabase database in the EU (Ireland) for secure application storage. If internal application email alerts are enabled, an email delivery service may also process relevant details. Some hosting providers may process data internationally under appropriate protections. Applicant details will not be sold or passed to cleaning contractors for their own marketing.
How long do we keep it?
Proposed retention schedule awaiting approval: enquiries that do not become pilot customers will be deleted or anonymised 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a shorter period is requested or retention is required by law. If you choose optional product-update emails, we will retain the minimum necessary contact and permission record until you withdraw consent or after an agreed inactivity review. If a contract is later agreed, a separate customer retention schedule will be provided. The interactive demo does not store homeowner, neighbour or booking information.
Your rights and preferences
You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, object to certain uses, or request portability. You can withdraw optional email marketing consent at any time without affecting your application. You can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you have concerns.
