Website terms
Founding pilot information · updated 17 October 2026. Operated by Valico Services Ltd trading as StreetBatch. Live applications will open only after the remaining privacy and testing checks.
What StreetBatch currently provides
StreetBatch's Phase 1 site and interactive demo describe a proposed neighbourhood-booking service for contractors. Calculators, discount illustrations, screen flows and example leads are simulations, not real customer bookings or guaranteed results. We do not currently offer live neighbour campaigns, receive payments or create binding software subscriptions through this website.
Founding-contractor programme
Registering an interest, when applications open, will be an enquiry only. It will not guarantee acceptance, a place on the pilot, exclusivity, or access to any particular integration. Quoted £99 for the first two months and £199 per month afterwards are proposed pilot prices, not a bill or a payment commitment. Final commercial and data-processing terms must be accepted separately before any paid or live pilot begins.
Permitted use
Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, submit false or bulk applications, scrape applicant data, or impersonate other businesses. You must have permission to provide any business contact details submitted on behalf of another person.
Customer permissions and marketing
Future live neighbour offers and marketing automation will depend on the contractor's configuration, appropriate notices, consent or other lawful permission where relevant, and additional product terms. The demonstration does not itself send marketing, make bookings or obtain real homeowner consent.
Availability and illustrations
We aim to keep the site accurate, but preview features may change, be delayed or be withdrawn. Illustrative numbers exclude operating expenses and do not constitute earnings promises. Nothing in these website terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
